AKDY is committed to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days of the purchase date. Free shipping is offered to the 48 contiguous states in the U.S. via FedEx Ground or Freight Carriers.

Deliveries are not available for addresses in HI, AK, PR, or Canada, PO Boxes, APO, FPO and DPO addresses.

Oversized & Heavyweight Items
Oversized and heavyweight items (not eligible for ground shipment) will be processed within 3-5 business days of the purchase date and shipped via freight carriers.

Damaged Shipments & Defective Merchandises
Prior to shipping, all AKDY products are inspected and carefully packaged to ensure they are delivered to you in mint condition. If your product arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to review your case and provide the best possible solution. Please contact our customer support at 1-888-808-0450 within 30 days of receipt.

Lost and Stolen Packages 
AKDY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your shipment by the carrier’s estimated delivery date or when the package is already marked as delivered, please contact our customer support immediately. All losses must be reported within 7 days of the shipment date to file for possible claims. 

Inspection & Test
At the time your shipment is delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the package for any damages.  

For Freight Deliveries: If there are any damages, no matter how minor they appear, please note “Package Damaged” on the delivery receipt before signing it. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. In this case, please contact customer support immediately so we can expect the return shipment and issue a replacement once the return arrives at our facility. Once you have signed the receipt, you relieve the carrier from all liability for loss or damage to the shipment. If you have already signed and accepted the package before noticing any missing or damaged parts, please contact us immediately, so we can send you replacement parts free of charge. Please note, all freight claims need to be filed within 7 days. If for any reason we cannot replace the parts, we will send you a full replacement and have our carrier pick up the original package. If you decided not to accept parts or a replacement unit, you can return the product under our standard return policy.  

Prior to installation, please carefully inspect the product(s) for proper functionality. If anything is not functioning properly, please contact customer support immediately.
