unit looks good, but is the very noisy, even on the lowest setting

Lovely design but poorly designed carbon filters
Beautiful! I love it, but the carbon filters are very difficult to install. Other brands look like they'd be much easier if you need ductless. I've tried to install them 3 times now with no success. No clue in the manual and a very difficult angle to work from once the hood is installed over your range. Not good when you have to replace every few months. The carbon pieces are really small, so they fall out of the filter basket as you're struggling to install it. Super frustrating!
