Return an Item or Order
AKDY is dedicated to our customer’s satisfaction. We will issue a refund of product value if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return by contacting our customer support at 1-888-808-0450 within 60 days of product receipt. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable.
To be eligible for a refund,the return request must be submitted within first 30 days of product receipt and the item must be unopened, unused with original packaging.
Return requests between 30-60 days of product receipt are subject to a 15%-40% restocking charge.

Return Process:
- Please contact customer support at 1-888-808-0450 with your purchase order information ready, to have our specialist authorize a return.
- Pack your product securely, in the original packaging, and enclose the delivery note.
- Attach the return label in a visible area on the package.
- Return your package with the preferred shipping carrier.
- Refunds are issued after the product is received and inspected at our facility.
All returned products are subject to inspection and additional fees if they are deemed unusable or damaged due to improper packing, installation, and/or modification in anyway.
All returns must obtain return authorization from AKDY prior to shipment. Shipping charges, customs duties, brokerage fees, and local taxes, are non-refundable.
