Will not buy again
The shower head is beautiful, but very cheaply made. The sprayers are made of PLASTIC not steel for $199. One of my sprayers broke off with little pressure, I'm so upset. Who wants to pay $199 for something that will not last long. Even if it had not broken, the sprayers will rust and erode fairly quickly due to material. Will not purchase again nor will I refer it.

Disappointed
Really liked our unit…right up until one of the massage heads broke off. I’ve been emailing service tech support for 2 months trying to get a new head ordered. I’ve sent numerous pics. It’s like they are afraid to send out a new head. We loved our shower panel but terrible support

Rust problem
Rust problem, aft.er few yrs of use , water comes rusty. poor quality
